Cleveland, Waters and Bass, P.A.

Cleveland, Waters and Bass, P.A., a business law firm headquartered in Concord, N.H., celebrated its 50^th anniversary at a gala event held at the Capitol Center for the Arts on May 14, 2009. Joining the firm's current lawyers and staff were its sole surviving founder, Robert P. Bass, Jr., and Hilary Cleveland, the wife of the late Congressman James C. Cleveland, also a founding member of the firm. Over 150 guests attended the event, including a number of attorneys and staff formerly employed by the firm. Among the attorneys at the event who were formerly employed by Cleveland, Waters and Bass were retired New Hampshire Superior Court Justice George Manias, and retired U.S. District Court Judge Joseph DeClerico, Jr.

The firm was founded by Mr. Bass, Mr. Cleveland, and Warren Waters in 1959. The firm has grown to become one of the largest firms in the state and is located at Two Capital Plaza in Concord, N.H. The firm also has satellite offices in New London, New Hampshire and Haverhill, Massachusetts.
