Gary represents New Hampshire businesses of all sizes on matters concerning business law and corporate transactions. Gary is experienced in contract negotiations and drafting and has guided countless clients through the merger, acquisition, or sale of a business. In addition to corporate transactions and employment law, Gary also assists clients with commercial real estate transactions, as well as commercial finance and leasing matters.
