Alexandra is an associate attorney who represents clients throughout Maine and New Hampshire in a broad range of commercial real estate and corporate law matters. Her practice focuses on commercial property acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing and financing, boundary disputes, land use and zoning matters, planning and development projects, and condominium law. She also counsels both for‑profit and nonprofit organizations on entity formation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and the purchase and sale of business assets.

Outside of her legal practice, Alexandra is an enthusiastic explorer of New England’s outdoors. She spends her free time hiking challenging routes in the White Mountains, paddleboarding and boating on Lake Winnipesaukee, and discovering new local adventures that showcase the region’s landscape and character.
