SHAREHOLDER and DIRECTOR

Tim brings more than 30 years of experience to his practice in real estate litigation, commercial loan transactions, real estate transactions, environmental compliance, and zoning and land use matters.  He has counseled local and national banks in commercial transactions, foreclosures, and lending matters and has drafted conservation easements, land use agreements, and utility easements for both commercial and individual clients. Tim has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2006 and was named the Best Lawyers Litigation-Real Estate “Lawyer of the Year” in Concord, New Hampshire in 2018. He also won the “Above and Beyond Award” from the Business and Industry Association in 2003.
