Attorney Eliana Forciniti is an experienced trial attorney representing individuals in civil and criminal litigation. Her practice is focused on personal injury, worker's compensation, criminal defense and Supreme Court appeals. She also represents clients facing disciplinary action before professional boards for alleged criminal conduct.

Eliana received her Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and Latin American Studies from Wellesley College in 2008. Before attending Law School at Northeastern, Eliana served as a tutor for an Americorps Program serving inner-city youth in Boston. She graduated law school in 2012 and began working for the New Hampshire Public Defender's Program. For the next 12 years, Eliana successfully represented individuals charged with offenses ranging from DUI/DWI, theft, physical and sexual assaults, computer crimes, sale of drugs with death resulting, attempted murder, and second-degree murder.
