Dan focuses his practice on commercial lending, real estate, and business transactions, with particular experience representing Certified Development Corporations (CDCs) in connection with Small Business Administration (SBA) loan programs. He regularly advises clients on loan structuring, documentation, and closings, helping small businesses secure financing for real estate acquisitions, equipment purchases, and operational expansion. With a proven track record in the financing of over 1,600 commercial loans totaling more than $795 million, Dan brings both legal insight and practical business acumen to each engagement. His work supports small and mid-sized businesses throughout New England, providing tailored legal guidance that aligns with their strategic goals. In addition to lending and real estate matters, Dan counsels clients on a wide range of contractual and transactional issues, including entity formation, business structuring, and ongoing commercial operations.
